The Comparison of the Effect of High Frequency Management and Exercise Combined with High Frequency on Abdominal Compositi

Abstract
This study was attempted to compare the effect of high frequency management and exercise combined with high frequency on abdominal composition in abdominal obese women. Subjects in the study were 4 female college students and were randomly assigned to one of two groups, High frequency management (n=2, control group) and Exercise combined with high frequency management (n=2, experimental group) were respectively conducted twice a week for 2 weeks. Both control and experimental groups results show decreases in body weight and body fat. Experimental group show more decreases in body weight, body fat, muscle mass, and waist than control group. The results suggest that exercise combined with high frequency management was helpful for abdominal obese women.
